Rough probability of battery failure prior to warranty expiring?

If you don't have get the canbus connector and watch it. I started losing range this spring and battery failed about a month ago. Just got car back yesterday with a 90kW reman. Warranty up in September.

I bought car in 2017 and suspect the battery had been replaced then. I also got a drive unit a few years back.

Failure can also - and might be most likely- to occur due to a defect in a BMS board, a loose sense wire or some other effect, so not an internal cell failure. As I learned from all the 057 posts these are the only failures that are fixable, otherwise the battery is not re-usable in a car because you need every cell-pack to have the same age and chemistry to avoid balancing issues. Anyway, worrying about it is kind of pointless. My warranty expires in december and I've also decided to keep the car and just pay for a REMAN when the time comes. A new 4 year warranty on it is huge.
