Route planning

I was wondering if there is any route planning app for iPhone or iPad or PC to plan a trip with my Tesla X. Which shows what distance is between the superchargers and destination chargers along the route. Similar to the nav system in the car itself. I know Tesla has an feature app GoAnywhere. But this one is kinda basic. Does for instance have Google maps on PC poi for charging Tesla? Or that gives detailed info about range and battery percentage or can be filtered by how long someone wants to charge. It is for detailed planning road trip Europe. Thanks.

I like the abetterrouteplanner.com website. It works on any device and on the car's browser. It's free and doesn't require you to install yet another app.

I'd also look at the PlugShare app, its pretty for doing it, and will include J-1772 if you want.
