Run Flat Tires

Can someone tell me if my Good Year Eagle RS A2 V98 P245/45R19 tires are run flats? These are the OE for my 2013 Model S.

Thank you sir. Seems like a high risk of terrible inconvenience since the vehicle doesn't come with a spare or a jack.

Fortunately, roadside assistance is pretty good. I picked up my used Model S from Tesla on Oct. 10, 2017. I ran over an 7 inch bolt on the morning of Oct.11th Roadside service was at my workplace with a matching spare about 40 Minutes after my call in. Even if I were out on the road, 40 minutes isn't too bad of a wait time. Don't know what wait time is now that there are several hundred thousand more Teslas on the road today.

I bought a 2018 M3P that came with Michelin 235 35 ZR20 Pilot Sport run flat tires.

Those aren't run flats unless there is a ZP (Zero Pressure) on there somewhere. Michelin doesn't make a run flat in that size with the required load and speed rating.

Old thread. Will be ordering MS soon. Wanted to ask if new MSs come with run flats? Had them on a previous BMW. Changed them to NRF. Wondering if any issue on MSs changing to NRF. On bimmer, noticed a little on harder turning, but being picky. Thanks!

Teslas do not come with runflat tires.
