While doing the change I noticed what seems to be a considerable amount of rust on the upper forelink bushing on both rear sides. I’m assuming this is the bushing and not just a shim.
My question is.....is this a bushing or just a shim first of all. Secondly is this rust normal? And is it normal on such a new vehicle. I’m concerned what this part will look like in a few years if it looks this bad after 7-8 months and only a 5 month mild winter hardly driven.
Any other P3D+ owners had the rims off lately and what is the condition of yours? Is this of any concern....not too worried about it’s looks per se but more of its integrity over time. Any advice and or opinions greatly appreciated.
