S Refresh Ventilated seat fan noise

Has anyone experienced (and had fixed) a noise coming from the ventilated seat fan? Sounds like if you were drop a screw into a spinning fan. Such as here: 20220806_173336.mp4

It seems like it would be an obvious fix but I really hesitate taking my car in for service for fear of causing more bigger issues.

I figure if someone else had it resolved I may be able to help reduce the chance of incompetent "techs" by pointing them to the exact problem/part.

Had the part replaced. For reference, if anyone needs it:

Also had my yoke replaced due to the material coming unglued. Got the new yoke that has the horn facing the other direction. The material seems a bit nicer/softer.

What on earth? You’re not wrong. My 2021 and my June 2022 horn faces right. My mind is blown! Who decided that was a necessary change?
