Elon Musk's Tesla says new state rule punishes it for doing business in California
Yet another example of the difficulties in doing business in California. The legislature ignores all that Tesla has done for the state. Jobs created at Tesla (despite the 9% layoffs mentioned in another thread.) Jobs created with suppliers and construction workers. The only manufacturer of vehicles that does not also manufacture vehicles using internal combustion.
It is clear that these rules are directly aimed at Tesla and no one else.
