I now think it is a cost of letting a lot of people understand. Probably it is quickest to go Tesla's path, but it takes time and there are some uncertainties. Nissan/BMW/Audi is probably making mistakes, at the same time supporting sizable number of smaller electric vehicles. Once these <50kW CHAdeMOs and CCS Combo1s are installed, car manufacturers will be ready to produce EVs with larger batteries, and they will notice the requirement for >100kW charging. Audi seems to follow Tesla's path.
