Salary Sacrifice Business Insurance

Hi
I am looking to set up a salary sacrifice scheme through my business, they are very keen to include car insurance as part of the package, but it seems very expensive to me, I know a business policy will be more expensive than a personal one, but I want my employees to get the best deal possible and we have the option to arrange insurance separately.
Can anyone tell me what the policy would need to include to provide the necessary cover?
As I understand it I need a policy that will insure the employee as driver, but notes that the owner is the leasing company, is there anything else I need to make sure the policy includes?
Will I need a fleet policy to do this, or are insurers happy to note the lease company as the owner and still offer the required cover?
Would love to hear from anyone who has arranged their own insurance for a vehicle provided through their work's salary sacrifice scheme.
Thanks guys!
