Sales Tax, Registration Fees, etc.

Looking to order a Y for 2021 delivery soon. I'm in Northwest Arkansas where Tesla has no direct to sale license, meaning my closest location for pickup will be the Kansas City, MO area. For those who have ordered Tesla vehicles in the past that have to pay the taxes upfront at the DMV when you register your vehicle, do you only pay the STATE sales tax rate and no additional taxes like the County or LOCAL tax rate? In Arkansas, the state rate it 6.5%, the county tax where I reside is 2%, and the city tax is 2%. If it is all three, that's 10.5% a big difference between 6.5% on a $50,000+ vehicle. Any help would be appreciated
