Sales Tax Savings?

My amount due at delivery is for getting the M3 picked up in Burbank, CA. If i change the delivery to Orange County where the sales tax is cheaper, would that reflect?

California sales tax on vehicles is based on the registration address (i.e. your address), not the dealer/delivery address.

This is the case basically everywhere. If it were not, everyone would buy cars in states with no sales tax.

You were paying the rate for where you live on all the leases too, you just likely never paid attention to it. In fact, if you ever moved and changed tax zones during a lease, your lease payment would have changed to reflect it (because leases at least in california pay taxes as you go, on each payment).
