The Board of the building in which I reside is currently considering adding four EV charging stations to our Chicago highrise parking garage. However we are currently in need of samples of written policies from buildings with similar situations.

Can anyone in the forum share or direct message me with samples of policies for EV charging in a high rise building?

Some notes on the building:
- Parking garage is located beneath a residential condo building
- 80% of spaces are valet only with 24 hr valet service
- Lot is used by residents, daily parkers, and a nearby hotel
- A few residents already have plug in EVs
