This is a comprehensive tutorial on my journey installing 20s in my Model 3.
Great informative review! Looks Stellar!
I watched the video right after you posted it, and I found it really informative. Thanks for posting it, and for your other videos.
Would be great if you could post some energy efficiency numbers comparing your new wheels + tires to old ones.
Btw I've the same Pilot Sport A/S 3+ on my ICE car -- good choice!
Yeah great stuff in this one. I'm going to eventually get some after market rims/tires but that will have to come a year or so down the line. Wife may kill me already with the amount of stuff I've gotten for my as of yet to exist car! Thanks for making these, no other channel is really offering the same level of detail.
Have you seen any noticeable range loss from the 20s? How substantial?
I am seeing a 15% loss of range with these new tires and wheels. However, I am still better range than the 310 miles Tesla claims for the Model 3.
Wow... Interesting.... I'm going for the AWD, so already supposedly taking a hit. 15% is substantial. Thanks for the feedback.
could you sum everything up as far as what to look for in buying rims for the model 3? when I bought rim's for my previous car I had to buy a center ring and then I ended up bending them twice as I guess the rims were bad quality.
I'm thinking of getting Axes MS wheels staggered 19x8.5 and 19x10 as per tire rack its compatible but now i'm not sure if its correct or not. I just want everything to line up properly like it was OEM.
