its a mall in OC, the store was in a very good location in the middle of the mall. the car is very nice, but not worth it. its only a four seater, and the lady kept on harping about the extensive use of carbon fiber. "ITS A VERY EXPENSIVE, HI TECH, LIGHT MATERIAL"
Not sure what a "pop up" store is, but it sounds like BMW is trying to copy Tesla by selling their cars in malls? Or do you mean an i8 was on display in the pedestrian walkway area, not in an actual store?
That seems like an incredibly high price, how did they manage to double the MSRP of the car or is this just another example of how dealers "service" their customers?
Just another example of SOP for auto dealers. Happens anytime there is a demand for any new models (Kia Soul EV is another recent example). The notable exception of course being Tesla. Aren't we all lucky?
