Saw my first Model 3 in the wild today!

It was a black car with 19 inch wheels. I drive 145 miles per day and this the the very first Model 3 I have seen on the road. I live in northern illinois. There are very few Model 3s here. I see numerous Teslas every day (S & X), but never a 3 until today.

I actually got goose-bumps when I saw it. It was like seeing Cindy Cawford at the grocery store. You kind of take a second look and think to yourself "Did I just see that, or is my mind playing tricks on me?"

If you live near a SC? Go look out back. I found 15 at my SC getting cleaned up for delivery. The guy said they were all maxed out to $58k.

I feel ya. I saw my first one in the wild yesterday, too. I peeked out from my 10-floor office window and saw a blue one with aero driving by. Too bad I couldn’t get a closer look but now I know these cars do exist.
