SC bust?

Does this mean both Edinburgh SC's are bust?

I was in last week and couldn't get a charge off one of the pair, bit the other was fine. Maybe they are both offline now?

When Wokingham recently went offline, I'm pretty sure that the charge flash icon changed to a cross. Can't remember where I checked, but probably the app or online map.

I don't know if this is it, but looks ok on the map. Maybe its about how long its expected to be offline.
