SC making me pay aft link repair

Some history on my 2015 85D. Bought CPO from Tesla Jan 2019 with about 28,000 miles

No accidents and was clean on it's report when purchased.

April 2019 about 29,000 miles left tire rubbing against wheel well. Alignment done to fix issue

November 2019 38,000 miles left tire rubbing again. SC said alignment should fix. they did alignment but couldn't adjust front camber because left lower aft link was "damaged by outside influence"

I am very careful driving and never hit a pot hole or had my S towed

They're now charging me $750 parts and labor to repair.

They won't honor repair under warranty saying I caused the damage. I took a peek as much as possible under the car and don't see any type of damage to the aft link. When they gave me the estimate they said there is a lot of visible damage but can only show me after the fact when the repair is done.

Any advice to get this covered under my warranty since I should have 4 years from Jan 2019 and/or at 78,000 miles?
