SC05 Tesla changed to SC01

Has anyone ever come across the account of a situation where an original owner of a 2017 Tesla was sold their new car on the claim of free unlimited lifetime supercharging with transferability only to take delivery after April 2017 and find out their Tesla is designated as an SC05 and contact Tesla to get them to (successfully or not) re-designate their car as SC01 as to honor the claims made by their salesperson?

If the original owner took delivery after April 15, 2017 it doesn’t matter what they believe or what anyone told them - they don’t have transferrable supercharging. There’s no changing that and there is absolutely nothing at all you can do to force Tesla to honor an undocumented verbal commitment of a random salesperson 6 years after the fact.

It's before the April 15th. I got one that was regged April 13th and got shafted was SC01 now pay as you go when I transferred with Tesla.

The car also had to be ORDERED prior to January 15, 2017. If it was ordered after that, the April date is meaningless. Also, it looks like the actual date was April 1, not April 15:
