Why are my rates for February 2020 not adding up to whats on SCE's website? Anyone else got SCE and CPA?

I am on PG&E with a CCA, but I believe it should be roughly Delivery + PCIA + Generation ~= Full Tariff Rate.

It looks like you're being charged a little bit less than that. Be glad that the CCA is helping lower your rates and the rates of your neighbors. I realize that you are a surplus generator, at least in this billing period, and your credit is less than it would be without the CCA, but normal people who have less solar or no solar would pay less. In addition, you may receive payout for your CPA credit balance. My CCA, SVCE does pay out or carry over all generation credits at true-up. PG&E and SCE will wipe out credit balances and only pay a pittance of Net Surplus Compensation, if it applies.
