Cap Capricorn has arrived in Sydney carrying 190 Teslas in 48 containers. 88% SR+
Kota Ekspres today arrives in Sydney with 57 containers and 210 Teslas onboard
Brotonne Bridge has arrived - 558 Teslas. Tracking them now off the ship
ANL Warrnambool has arrived in Sydney. Last ship of quarter.
44 containers. 161 Teslas.
My first Tesla (M3 LR) must be on this one. Thank you for the updates.
Debussy arrived in Sydney. 116 Teslas onboard, 72 SR+, 42 P, 29 containers
your vin number is hidden your my manage page of your Tesla account
82 Teslas. 80 X Model 3 and 2 x Model S are about to arrive in Sydney on London Express. This is the last ship for Q 2.
32 arrived in New Zealand earlier this week on this ship - the only NZ ship of the quarter.
No long range were produced in the quarter. Only SR+ and P.
Time to check for your hidden vin. I’ll be watching the port for ship unload, customs and port exit.
I ordered a SR+ 13 weeks ago, and downloaded your 'Chrome hiddenVinFinder' several weeks ago. Is it correct that it will check for a Vin every time I open the 'manager page in my Tesla account?
Sorry. Just saw this. Yes. That’s right. Vins have started going put now and will co tinue of the next few weeks.
3 suspected ships are now on their way to Australia in Q3.
2. London Express
3. Cap Capricorn
marinetraffic.com is a good place to track progress.
I ham hoping to have the first ships data later this week.
Thanks for the great info!
Do these shipments normally only include confirmed orders, or do they also ship general ‘inventory’ vehicles of popular configurations?
They get built first, then matched for Model 3 once the cars are at sea normally. Production plans are normally made weeks in advance so the the supply chain can match the requirements. I normally see them done in variant batches, and white seats are done all at once.
Debussy is the first ship of Q3. I have seen all the vins in the data streams
FYI, Tesla sent me the rego papers last week, complete with a VIN (- - - - - - - - - LF751258), to sign and return. However the Chrome hiddenVinFinder is still saying 'No VIN.
Same for me.
What model is your order?
That’s a valid number. It will be trackable. If you have the invoice with a vin number and build date.
I can see a mix of types in this first ship too.
@Vedaprime I've noticed the hidden VIN's are partially encrypted. Here's one from a UK inventory car currently in transit:
Can this be deciphered or does it not matter from your tracking point of view?
I have seen that before. Its for new inventory vehicles. Old inventory vehicles still have vin in the source code.
I don’t know how to decipher that.
vins have started showing in people’s my manage page if they have been assigned. This will continue for about a month.
