they never check, loaners are so beat up

I got loaner the other day, it had 4 places damaged. They had not fixed any of them.
Dont let them charge you, abd not fix it.

This doesn’t make sense. It’s none of his business if they choose to fix it or not, he’s still liable for the damage.

This is as simple as it gets, tell them what happened and hope for the best.
Returning it as is and not telling them is unethical
