I can't access them from Australia, even when using a VPN.

Change your country at the bottom of the page, I can do it from the UK.
Sometimes it auto redirects, you have to cancel loading when it does that.

I’m in Gold Coast Australia and had no issues access the order page. In fact, I placed a reservation after the event...only to read later they were no accepting reservations in Australia yet. So looks like we will have to cancel our reservation, which this option does not exist yet.
