Screen froze

I was out having lunch with my co-worker and after lunch, I noticed the screen was not responding at all. I can drive the car and all the door locks / window switches work, but the screen does not respond. Anyone know what might this be and if I can reset this? TIA

Just a lock up ... freeze .... whatever.

Reboot by holding in both scroll wheels on steering wheel for 10-15 seconds ....
