I installed a matte screen protector off amazon and hated it. Could be a quality issue or could have to do with the matte component. It looked like the resolution and brightness of the screen was reduced. I was using the dark gray screen setting during the day, but could barely see it during the day with the brightness all the way up. I ordered a clear one (non-matte) so will see how that goes.
