SDG&E Sempra Energy experience with most recent billing

OK, just have to share this. I have Tesla Solar panels and am on a program known as "True Up" where I pay a bill at the end of a yearly cycle for electricity use charges.
My most recent bill, approximately 1/2 way thru my "Turn Up" cycle, shows as due X amount of dollars. Usually there is a notation on the bill that the dollar amount showing
is not due until my True Up date. Not this time! I call SDG&E (Also Sempra Energy) and it takes forever to navigate their system to access a human being to speak with.
All in all it must have taken me at least an hour of extreme frustration to get a human being on the other line. I was told it was a "Billing Error" and that my True Up date stands. In this case not until 12/22. Sounds sketchy to me....I trust SDG&E as far as I can spit!
