Seat Belt @ Anchor pretensioner: different lengths on driver and passenger

I took delivery of my Y on Friday and love it. There were a few scuffs mark here and there in the interior that service fixed asap. One thing I noticed when I got home was the anchor point for the seat belt pretensioner is two different lengths on the front driver and passenger. I would say a good 3in difference Yes, that rubber band also came with the car which I don't think should have. I was wondering if the length difference is normal.

This made me wonder, so I just went out and looked at mine. Both sides on mine are the same length, right about 3" from the housing to the end of the boxy seatbelt part (whatever that is called).

UPDATE: I'm an idiot. Took it into Tesla and the passenger seat was set a lot lower than the driver side.
