I purchased my model 3 6months ago
After a month or so I noticed marks on my seats. I figured I w would wait until summer and have it steamed I tried cleaning seat there other day and realized it won’t come out.. I reached out to Tesla who says this is normal wear and tear.. anybody else have this issue?

Yup... turns out premium white interior really isn't premium after all. Mine have the same crappy problem and I took delivery in last week of November. Seats looked amazing for first couple months, but now have developed all these stupid creases everywhere. Not to mention I'm 2 weeks into the second set of OEM floor mats and those are falling apart just like the original ones did 1 month into ownership. Real *sugar* quality. Totally unimpressed on the longevity of this interior. Sad considering I paid $64K for this car after taxes. You'd think the interior would at least last 6 months. But nope.

FYI Tesla did replace the first set of mats as a "courtesy" but refuse to replace the replacements after they started to have the same symptoms literally a couple weeks after replacing.

Sadly yes, all within spec since late 2017...
Even professional automotive upholstery shops cant do much about the creases, folds, wrinkles, etc.

Only thing that helps is weighing in at/below 120-150lbs, small frame build, below average height. Simply slows down, but will not stop the process.
