Seat leather scratched. How to fix?

As you can see the seat leather has been scratched. Does anyone have suggestions on how this can be patched?

If scratches are deep, patch with clear silicone, sand with hi grade sandpaper, paint with color match paint, and spray down 303 protectant-will look like new-search YouTube for videos

Google "leather repair near me" There are mobile guys everywhere that service car and furniture dealers. They can repair the scratches, re-grain the leather, and coat the repair to blend it in. A good tech should be able to make the repair invisible.

When I was in the furniture business, I had leather techs on the payroll, could repair almost any leather problem. There are specialized companies that provide the training and supplies to do this repair properly.
