Seat Position/Driver Profile Not Working After 12V Battery Replacement

Long story short I had the 12V battery just up and die on me over the weekend. The car was towed to Tesla SC where the battery was replaced. Now when I get in and select my profile the mirrors move, but the seat does not. Same for my wife, it will move her mirrors but not the seat. I've deleted and recreated the driver profiles and no use. I'm stumped. Any idea what's wrong?

I have the same issue in a 2016 Model X. The steering wheel and mirrors change position, but not the driver's seat. I have not had any issues with the 12V battery. I'm not sure when it started, perhaps with one of the SW updates. I have a service appointment coming up to have them look at it.

I have a Model Y and same thing happened to me just a couple weeks ago when they had to change the controller for the 12V system. Mirror and seat work, but steering wheel doesn't adjust with driver profile.
