In theory I’m picking up a silver awd this Friday (tomorrow) in Bellevue, though that can only happen if Tesla gets around to giving me a final MVPA so I can to run to the bank today.
Are you going to the bank for purposes of finishing the financing, or are you just going to get a cashier's check? If you're just getting a cashier's check, you can go ahead and get it for the estimate amount that shows in your account. Mine was correct to the penny (I got it the day before, without an MVPA, because I was picking up on Sunday, and couldn't wait for the MVPA to be posted). If there is something off between the estimate and what the final price is, they'll either refund you the difference later, or will take a personal check to cover the difference.

A couple days before my scheduled pickup I didn't have a VIN or any communication from the delivery service advisor. So I emailed the Service manager at the Bellevue SC, and she forwarded my email to delivery specialist at the SC.

They took care of things, and let me know my car was ready for pick up.

So my recommendation would be to contract the SC directly to get things straightened out.

Ironically, that's basically what I did first thing this morning. I looked through some past emails for the ISA in Vegas who scheduled my 1st appointment and luckily her sig had her phone #. Even more luckily she answered the call. I explained what was going on and she promised a call back today with an update.

Surprisingly they followed up. I just got off the phone with another ISA in Vegas (who I had spoke to previously as well). She said "Christmas is still coming tomorrow, your car will be there in the morning!". I'm not holding my breath and will believe it when I see it, but I really appreciate their team trying their best to get traction and resolve this mess. They have honestly been great, regardless of the outcome.

The whole kerfuffle with being deVINd and "my car going to the east coast" is a mystery. The ISA(s) had no record of this, and believe the Bellevue SC was possibly looking at the wrong VIN yesterday.

Anyway - The original VIN is back on My Account page and I'm scheduled for pickup tomorrow night. Will report back with the outcome then....

Just call the store (or visit). When I was there, an Owner Advisor (I think that was his title) gave me his business card and number to text. He’s the one that matched me up with my car.

Which is the store ? the bellevue square one or the one on 20th st ? I made a stop at the 20th street last week and couldn't even get to talk to any employee. all I got to talk to was a guy with "Guest" badge on him and he said he is a Tesla engineer from the factory and was asked to help the overwhelmed staff at the store. all he told me was call the customer service number to get questions answered.

Also update on my end, I got an advisor assigned with delivery scheduled for Wednesday next week. I'm happy about this as I didn't want to deal with the Q3 mad rush. my advisor suggested not making any changes as he himself doesn't know if making changes will guarantee a delivery in a timely fashion.

Blue/Blk P3D-
Delivery date is showing noon tomorrow at Sodo. I have a VIN and a MVPA, but haven't been able to get any confirmation that it is actually arrived or happening. Looks like I'm not the only one.

Man this is #ucking bull$hit

JUST looked at my Account page and my VIN is gone, AGAIN. Same with the MVPA.

Bent over for ROUND TWO.

What little faith this ISA restored for me in Tesla's logistics isn't just gone, it's far into the negative. #uck!!

Damn. Had you filled out and then confirmed all the delivery stuff? What does it show now?

perhaps just a glitch, wait for a response from your advisor. with no transparency on their logistics it really unclear what's going on with all these cancelled deliveries. that said I see hundreds of cars in the sears parking lot and there are trucks moving in every few minutes. on the road there are model 3's everywhere which all implies only a small percentage of folks are getting rescheduled.

It is super stressful.

I would think that, if there really were a problem with your delivery, you would have heard from someone yesterday.

My VIN appeared, then disappeared, then reappeared again. My car actually started showing up in my Tesla app, then disappeared again this morning, although the VIN is still showing up on the ordering page.

Still cautiously optimistic that the third time will be a charm on Sunday.

Well I am hopeful that my experience, being textbook till now, goes as planned through delivery.

No reservation
7/28 - Configured
9/6 - Email to schedule delivery
9/19 - MVPA/VIN assignment 1011xx
9/30 - Scheduled delivery @ Bellevue SC

AWD/LR/White/White/19"

I have called the SC and they have stated my car is there and will be ready on Sunday. :) *crosses fingers*

+100000

Warranted is an understatement! After the 2 1/2 year wait, and now weeks of being bounced around, de-prioritized and given empty promises, I legitimately feel my satisfaction, loyalty and even $75k cashiers check (no loan) is irrelevant to Tesla. Well, all except the last one but they know they'll get the same amount either way.

That said, I am planning at least 1, if not 2 hours for a very thorough inspection. On top of logistics horror stories, there are far too many accounts of quality failure to give me any confidence in the actual delivery, if and when it actually happens. I know it will eventually, but at this rate I am so pissed I almost don't care.

Normally I am the kind of customer who will put up with a lot, gladly eat $hit with a smile on my face if I know the other side is trying their best. But this is by far, FAR, the worst customer experience I have had in the last 30 years. Tesla just doesn't care, or their systems are so screwed up they are just oblivious.

@R1Fast - yeah, totally feel your pain there. We endured our major drama with the first one, so going into this one with open eyes. Wouldn't be doing it at all if we didn't la-la-love our MS. Our "theory" on their processes is that they're a company run by awesome geeks and are lacking on the front end in person-to-person interactions completing the sales process. As geeks, they're most comfortable in the workshop....but that's just our theory....:)

Good theory - it totally makes sense. I guess to be fair to Elon and Co. they are doing everything they can think of (pulling in Solar, SpaceX employees, etc.) - they just aren't thinking of everything important. Like customer SAT, lol.

Oh well - I decided I'm over it. I'll get it when I get it. As long as it's before the 12/30 $7.5k tax credit deadline, we're solid.

Bellevue is where I will be taking delivery and who I called.

Cool - wishing you the best of luck! Keep us posted on how it goes.

One more data point, picking up at noon tomorrow in Bellevue
- reserved 9/5/17
- ordered RWD Blue Aero, no EAP, July 12
- July 13 changed to AWD
- They contacted me Sep 17 saying it'd be ready for 28th or 29th, eventually got noon on the 29th scheduled
- over the last week finalized things, thought about a trade in, got an estimate from Tesla and then took it off, and talked to a delivery assistant several times yesterday who assured me that the car is actually there right now, and that I can pay with a personal check tomorrow, which he said they're doing through the 30th.

We'll see, but so far we've been drama free around all this, fingers crossed :)
