Oh, I get it in terms of value. I’m just saying it’s night and day compared to a Model 3.

It’s also like half as expensive though right? So it kind of makes sense haha but I guess I get why you’d be puzzled if the person was looking at spending $55,000 on a car why they would then choose to get a $25,000 one when the Tesla wasn’t available. If it is about fuel efficiency, they probably aren’t going to find a car in the $50k price range that comes close to the Tesla or a Honda Civic lol

It is ridiculous.

You would think that someone would at least be competent enough to arrange to get the car from Tacoma to Seattle before scheduling a delivery appointment, yet they’ve managed to **** this up three times and counting.
.

That's strange as my DA asked if I wanted to drive to PORTLAND to pick mine up (logistics stall as well).

I declined, since I am driving no more than 2 blocks from the SC to get PPF/ceramic after delivery.

Interesting. I offered to fly to any city to pick mine up but my DA won’t respond anymore.
It's time to spend a day on the phone until you get someone who will respond. Start with the delivery scheduling number ‭1 (888) 771-2505‬. Tell 'em you'll pick up in any city in the country, and they may be able to expedite...

Seems like most DAs are deadweight, for whatever reason. (I suppose this has been true since the time I got my Model S in 2013, when I had to bypass the "inside sales advisor" and call the NY store in order to get my registration & insurance stuff straightened out).

Anyone else waiting on delivery get a text message saying their delivery specialist was no longer with the company? When I went to the Tesla sales store at Bell Square a few weeks ago, the person told me that my car was on the way but feeling more pessimistic now. Just hoping I get this car before the end of the year :)

New order on 10/15 (LR/RWD). Everything so far is eerily quiet--almost strange on the lack of next steps (other than order confirmed email). Any ideas on how long normally before i'd expect someone local to be in touch re: timelines, etc?

Someone local may never reach out. My DA from Las Vegas emailed me when my Tesla was matched to me. Decent responsivity at first and then radio silence until 2 days before my delivery.

what kind of items are you guys putting on due bill ?
just small scuffs and scratches or things that need to do a body shop visit like unaligned bumper or replacing glass roof etc ?

i put anything that i didn’t think looked right or proper. appt is coming up so i don’t know yet which they’ll fix and which they’ll consider within tolerances. recommend being as thorough and detailed as possible. i took photos then used markup tools to write the issues and highlight them and emailed them out.

What did you email them about and how long did it take for them to respond?

as the other poster mentioned on delivery day they gave me that address, but then couldn’t find it so i called tesla bellevue and spoke to a rep there and they gave me the same email address (no underscore).

i emailed them my list of issues i’d like addressed with photos. someone got back to me the next day i believe with an appointment date.
