Wife and kids are setting out for a 60kWh TeslaTrip next weekend!
Done the research and signed up for Blink, ChargePoint and EVSolutions but bringing the 50 ft extension cord just in case.
Taking the coastal route on the way down (no supercharging until Hawthorne) and then all supercharging the way back up to Folsom with a stop off in Tahoe.
Staying mostly at KOA's for the 50AMP and kid friendly atmosphere with several family stops (none of which have 14-50 access).
I've read a few stories of folks who've done the trek, but none in a 60kWh so we'll be blogging along the way and hope not to get into too much trouble!
