Yes, wife and I each have one as well. Great value, great car.

I had mine for about 6k miles before we bought hers. We were originally going to wait for either her car to need repairs or the Y to come out. But the car is such a game changer in so many ways we just decided to pull the trigger. No regrets.

I don't know about appreciating asset, at least not yet. If fossil fuels ever have subsidies end and the price rises to the appropriate level then appreciation might happen. However the likelihood of that happening quickly enough for demand to outstrip supply for EV's is pretty unlikely.

We had 2 model 3's for awhile until I got rid of mine. They had different options (one was SR) which was annoying to have features in one and realize you are in the other car. First world problems. Congrats on your 2 3's.
