Second Tesla Home Charger Dead

By dead a mean no lights, nothing. There’s 220V going into the panel, but the charger isn’t seeing it. I’ve have this current charger for just a few months after the original one kept getting hot and dropped the charging voltage. This one I kept at 35 amps and set up to have my 2020 Model 3 charged by a certain time.
I’ve contacted Tesla about this and it’s being worked. But I know I just need a new one.
Has anyone had this issue with bad home chargers?

Needs some clarification.

Do you mean a Tesla Wall Connector? The charger is inside your vehicle. A Wall Connector is simply an AC supply for the charger inside your vehicle.

If you do mean a Tesla Wall Connector, mention the model number.
