Security Alarm & Tilt Alarm

Hi All

I am a tad confused on how I am supposed to “switch off” the Security Alarm on my model 3 performance running software 2020.28.2 Just to confirm which settings I am talking about, menu structure as follows (also see screen shot attached):

Safety & Security > Security Alarm (Toggle)

The settings is currently faded and not able to change (greyed out) out.

I would like to disable this is certain situations. Could anyone help please?

I just noticed this on my 2021 MY. Mine is greyed out in the OFF position. Did anyone figured this out?

You have to be in park and Sentry Mode has to be disabled. I don’t know what the OP’s issue was because Sentry appears to be off, but that post is 2 years old so I assume they figured it out by now.

Hmmm I just tried it. In Park and turned Sentry off. The switch still grayed out but now on the ON position
