tl;dr version:

Tesla board member Ira Ehrenpreis is putting on what looks to be an amazing event this May at the Tesla Factory. The 2014 World Energy Innovation Forum has a prestigious line up of speakers including Elon, Solar City CEO Lyndon Rive, and Nobel laureate Steve Chu. I thought this event would be of interest here so I spoke with Ira and managed to secure a $750 discount (yes that's the discount) just for TMC members (use the code TMC750). Just think, your savings will more than cover your registration for TMC Connect in July.

Cheers!

it is for sure a very impressive line up. but a website design from 1990 - also it is easy for Ehrenpreis to get the venue and secure the speakers He is a backer of Tesla with 750 Mio USD under management. so the 2.5k ticket fee is more thought as a club entry fee for a very elite circle i guess...
