Not sure if you're talking about the license plate wraps. I bought mine from https://licenseplatewrap.com/ . Very easy to install this. They have a video tutorial on their home page that shows how to apply.

If you are interested in the Tesla-provided adhesive method it’s pretty much impossible to discuss that on this site because the third party vendors will hijack the thread and the thread will quickly look like an ad for every third party solution that is out there. It’s in their financial interest to make sure that the adhesive method offered by Tesla is not even considered as a viable solution. There are YouTube videos you can find, however, that will go over the adhesive process step by step…

Aren't the instructions for the stick-on plate holder printed on the plate holder itself?

OP is from the UK, so they are asking about the unique plates that they use.

OP, surprised that the dealer didn't do that for you. I've spent time in the UK, and I was under the impression that all cars had the plates installed before the customer took delivery.

I'm talking about a self adhesive plate to stick directly on the front after removing the whole plate.
