The door still works, just the outer reflector broke. But in looking at the construction, the reflector was embedded into the underlying door structure via an outer rim inset that was glued. Doubt I can replace just the reflector but am open to suggestions.
So when you say broke do you mean the reflector is broken in different pieces or is it just not attached to the door anymore.
As would I, but at this point the only doors i'm finding on ebay are the non-auto closing variety (with the magnet). Anyone have a lead on an auto closing door?
Tell you for sure tomorrow, have a mobile ranger coming to fix it! My car is a CPO (purchased from Tesla w/ 27K mi) with 2.5 years left on the warranty, so my fingers are crossed.
