Self Closing Doors in Non-PUP?

The Self Presenting Driver's Side Doors is part of PUP along with the Self Closing feature when you press the brake pedal.

Can anyone confirm if the Non-PUP X's get power open and/or closing front Driver's & Passenger's doors? If they do, will the front doors have Power Soft-Close in Non-PUP's?

On a side note, is the Alcantara on the dash officially no longer available, even on PUP's?

Correct, the doors are still powered without PUP. You can still control them via the screen / auto close on brake. They are all soft close regardless.

No more Alcantara dash.

They may have eliminated Alcantara dashboard completely or made it standard.

As for the doors yes they are still motorized. The only difference is that the doors are not in any way controllable with they key.

I believe they are still controllable by the FOB - when you close all doors with the single click on top or triple click (if configured)

I can confirm the front doors are motorized iw/o PUP. The driver's door closes when you press the brake, and you can open or close either front door using the on-screen controls. Also the doors will close with the fob top button single click or triple click, depending on configuration.

The doors use the sensors on the FWD so they all have regardless PUP or not.

Great! Sounds like self presenting doors might be a software enable feature.
Tesla should just unbundle it and make it a standard feature... (like the Ambient lighting and LED lighting)

Still have headliner. Like the non-alcantara dash too.

Thanks for the photos. I like the look of the non alcantara dash better, but the alcantara dash seems better for diminishing glare.
