We should all applaud the vagueness of the offer. Skillfully deceptive to any newbie, but newbies don't come here to buy. NEW means new, so should we assume it has 50 miles on it or just driven to the grocery store a few hundred times? It's got to be a HW1 car with no AP because Loving says the lane departure warking, auto headlights and auto wipers are all there and working unlike an HW2 car. So just be honest with everyone and stop being a used car salesman. More succinctly put by Patrick: Mileage? Options? And if money is not the issue Loving should be glad to part with the car and lose a few bucks in the deal. In fact, if money is no object, I would gladly have the car picked up if he would like to donate it to me? He seems very impressed with himself and his many residences. People huh?

Considering that the phone number is for Sacramento but the picture is in the parking lot of the Tropicana Hotel in Vegas, the "new" part can at least be questioned.

It sure seems odd. 'New' with '40,000 miles'? A potential buyer should be extremely cautious. The 'owner' doesn't know very much about his car which does not appear to be plated, it appears to have a temp registration taped to the windshield.

If you know Vegas, that parking lot isn't exactly the nice section of town.
