asking $45,000. I live in Atlanta suburbs and you’d need to arrange transport

He can get a new Bolt for that money, with at least $5k left over, especially if he is a Costco member. There are some sub 30K Model S around, but not as many as there were 2 months ago. Model S / 2013 / Grey - 7f518 | Only Used Tesla A 60 for 22K as an example.

Just in case you aren't aware, that only works if the car was sold through the CPO program at some point. As a further caveat if it has been back through Tesla's control since then it could still be stripped (not saying this is the case here). Always good to know if this owner bought it from Tesla, if so that data should be valid. If they bought it from a third party dealer, who knows. ev-cpo.com doesn't show the date that the record was captured so it makes it tough to know for sure that the data is current without guidance from the seller. This seller doesn't mention how or when he acquired it, so it might be a situation where he will have to pull the codes from the HTML in his account.
