Selling M3P stealth, what to expect

I own a low mileage (40K km) 2018 M3 performance stealth in Montreal that I would like to sell before warranty ends next September. Has all the extras including FSD.
Will FSD transfer to the new owner, and how much would I expect to get in todays market.

FSD goes with the car. "You can't take it with you". Make sure that you clearly indicate that this is the full blown FSD as opposed to all the wankers who try and pawn off autopilot as FSD.
