Selling Renewable Energy Credits in MA?

Anyone with experience selling REC’s in Massachusetts? Maine Class 1 RECs can be sold in the Massachusetts Class 1 market, but not the SREC market since ME does not (yet) have a solar carve out. I only just learned that MA has a non-S market. Are there buyers? How is the price?
A spot check on NEPOOL shows two offers but one as low as $11. Does it vary much?
I currently sell my REC’s to Home - Maine Green Power and wish I could get SREC dollars.

Do you have a fixed price contract or some other agreement?

They take 5%, optionally I can set a floor price I want for the SREC's but I just sell them...

Signing up with SRECTRADE is pretty seamless, have been using them for business SRECS for 5 years or so.

Specifically looking for experience selling non-S RECs. SREC are worth much more and seem to be in high demand.
