Sentry and auto door locking

I have a Model Y performance with 2020.16.3. The cabin protection A/C is on therefore the security alarm option is grayed out. Sentry is on except home. Wife goes to store, parks and goes into the store. I look at the app and the Sentry shows active but the car shows unlocked. Any ideas why the car shouldn't have locked when she walked away?

Update: Found an option in wife's profile called Walkaway Lock that was off. Will recheck function next time she shops.
