Update 2022.4.5 seam to have fixed my issue. I am going to give it a few days to be sure. One thing to note is there is no way to delete any recording recorded to "onboard" storage. These are events such as an alarm trigger, etc.. The UI gives you sense it is deleting them; however, they return after reopening the viewer.
On a different note. After version 11 it appears the slider to disable records at home option must be set for all driver profiles. I couldn't figure out why after turning this off I was still getting recording. Turns out you have to disable this setting on the other profile too.
