sentry mode/dash cam drive configuration

Was wondering what size drives are people using for the sentry mode/dashcam drive?

I was thinking about using the following card reader:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D1J88CF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_I.h.EbQD42H1R

With this card:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P4HBRMV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Bci.EbR58V8E3

My reasoning is that I can use TWO cards in this reader for both my music AND sentry/dashcam use. I have an android phone with a USB C port, so I could easily upload files to my phone with this reader.

Also not sure if 256 GB is overkill for sentry mode/dashcam storage?

You chose a high endurance card, which is the most important part.

I’m not sure if there are challenges having two cards connected to a single USB port in the car; I’ve never done that.

If you want to, you can format a single card with separate partitions for music and TeslaCam; I’m one of a number of folks here who have done that for months without issues.
