I am driving a Model Y 2022 performance. I have never had any problems with my Sentry mode live cameras. However, it stopped working on my mobile app. I am on latest version 2022.44.2. The message has been coming “Error Please try again”. I have done some troubleshooting sitting in the car like turning View live camera on and of couple of times. But still the same. Reinstalling the Tesla app. Tried on wifi, 5G. However, it still doesn’t work.

User must not have realized the 30 free trial is over and has not subscribed to the monthly/yearly service fee. OP check to see when you click on upgrade in the app or screen . You will see internet option in which you will need to select in Oder to see live sentry mode from your car after the 30 day free trial.

It was working just fine. Ever since I bought the car. I have been paying for monthly connectivity too, its on auto renewal. I can turn on Santry mode remotely from my phone. However, when I try to access the camera, it gives me error.

I have removed/uninstalled the VPN. Restarted the phone. It worked just once after that. Now it giving me the same error.

That’s weird
.! But I can still honk and flash the lights from the same screen. What is the solution for me in your opinion?
