After the software update, today my charge port will not open when I press the button on the Tesla charging cable. Anyone else with the same issue?

Yes have the same issue, seems to be a bug with the new Code.

Passive entry switch worked this am. Maybe the Tesla needed to think about for a day.

Check the WiFi link. I wasn’t being updated until I fixed the WiFi link now they come regularly. It’s updatint to 2019.8.5 as I write this. .

2019.8.5 - charge port doesn't open again with the wand. Have to do a steering wheel reset and see if that helps.
And Tesla needs to fix the crappy video on the left and right repeaters.

I keep forgetting to turn on sentry mode when I leave the car, but the ability to activate from phone app is great. I tapped on the glass and kicked the wheel, but none have activated the alarm. All I can do is active the motion recording.

Tapping on glass is probably not loud enough. Try slam your palm on the door.

Google assistant used to do that on my phone. It will pop up a notification to tell me where I park. But since I got Tesla with location, I don't really need that even if I forgot where I parked. I think I clicked don't show me that and it never popped up again.

If you goto Teslafi.com and sign up with them they have a section that will enable sentry mode after you leave the car . I have yet to use it yet because im still on 2019.8.4. When I get the next udate with sentry mode I will test and report back.

I'm on 2019.12.1.2 with my Dec '18 MX which has sentry mode but doesn't record to the properly formatted usb. I'm hoping for a fix.

Im on 2019.16.2 and the camera is not recording and watts per mi says 5 mi avg. at 75 mph is 28 watts per mi. and projected avg range is 999. Rebooted , no help, formatted sticks nothing . I'll have to wait for next update...
