Sentry Mode Missing Random Days on SSD

Hello all - someone hit our parked Model Y the other day. I'm able to view the footage in the car (even when the SSD we use for storage is unplugged), but when I plug the SSD into my computer, there is a gap in the dates and I am unable to access the clip.

Here is what the folder looks like, and I need April 30th:

Does anyone know what's going on here, and if there is a way to get it from the internal storage on the car --> the SSD?

Try looking in SavedClips on the SSD. If impact was detected then maybe it triggered an automatic save of the event.

Strange that Sentry is missing the span of days. Any chance battery was below 20% while parked, which will stop Sentry Mode? Or were you parked in a location that is set to exclude Sentry recording?

Someone dented my door today too, no sentry events.

From time to time when Tesla does an update the Tesla Cam does not come on. Always visually verify the little Camera icon with a red dot in the corner Is present.
