Sentry Mode not working?

I’ve noticed that sentry mode in my 2021 MY isn’t picking up movement near the car like it did when I first got it. I don’t have events when I get back to the vehicle when I should. Not sure what’s causing this. Anyone else having this issue?

Only thought is whether you're using a USB hub of some sort. Are you getting USB device error messages? I noticed something similar when I had a Taptes hub installed on my Model 3 with my storage going through it. Dashcam and Sentry still seemed to work mostly, but after removing it the USB error notifications went away and my Sentry does seem to capture more frequently. Side cameras still seem to not trigger as often, but that's just a feeling and not something I have data behind.

A dashcam USB isn't required to use Sentry Mode (you can have the alerts without video), so the number of Sentry events you get shouldn't depend on the USB working well. It sounds like either the OP has a different issue, or Telsa made Sentry Mode less sensitive recently.
