So I bought a SD card and adapter, formatted it, and everything appears to be working properly. From my car, I was able to view the dashcam videos. However, I'm not able to view any Sentry Mode videos. I know it's working because in my Tesla app, it's showing "Sentry Mode Active."
I was literally hovering around my car for 3-4 minutes. I did the same with my neighbor's MY (with his permission of course) and on his touch screen, it showed the red recording symbol. It didn't do that with mine. Btw, I turned off the "excludes home" option in the security setting. Am I doing something wrong?
Also, when will I get a notification? Is it only when the car alarm is activated or is there a setting where we can get notifications anytime a sentry mode video is recorded?
